I’m in the hostel in Auckland. It’s my last night here. Dad arrived yesterday. We went for dinner. We had burgers and then went for a walk. It’s been a year since I’ve seen him.
I can’t believe he hasn’t talked to Liam in so long. That really bothers me, but I’m not gonna say anything. I’m sure they’ll talk again at some point. It just seems really bad. I feel like Dad will really regret that some day. I was thinking today about he used to always tell us that he’d never leave either of us. I feel like he’s kinda done that to Liam.
So we’re starting our camping trip tomorrow.
I bought a new lens the other day. I got a 28 mm. I sold my 50mm and 24mm, my lens adaptor and my battery grip.
The sun was rising above the houses. The cats in the shed were sat quite still. They had big eyes like owls.
“I have shit in my ass,” whispered one of the cats.
“That’s not for our ears,” responded a grey tabby.
“If you want I can give it to you,” said the first cat. “It’s like a present. It’s like that kinda thing.”
The other cats wrinkled their noses and departed. They left the weird puss sitting all alone.
The man is inside of everyone. He watches and attracts particles towards the earth. He’s in charge of the whole show. It’s like his private entertainment. He has so many different methods of experience. He can be anywhere.
